About us..

The idea of an event center in NE Calgary was first conceived in 2005 due to the shortage of event spaces in a fast growing city. With highway access, hotels and airport in close proximity the idea had a solid foundation. Commonwealth Banquet Hall and Conference centre was envisioned as a diverse event centre that could accommodate many cultures and host many types of events. Providing excellent service, venue flexibility and high quality cuisine were the pillars we built the vision with. In 2008 it opened its doors to make beautiful memories for community. 


In 2019 with hard work and 15 years of experience behind us in the same industry, Rajveer Banquet Hall came to life. We have been working hard constantly to make changes to the hall in order to reflect the latest trends in weddings/events, while keeping the client’s vision in mind from beginning to end.

 

We offer various menus with a wide range of ethnicities. All of our dishes are prepared with high quality ingredients in our very own kitchen at the hall.  Fashioned by our award-winning chefs and served by our highly trained, professional staff.
